Hi! I’m looking for some measures for a catch tank like this one http://www.motostrano.com/ufosucaca.html. The measures i need is the width, depth and length! So, if any of you can measure yours, i’ll be glad! For those who wonder why, i’m going to make my own at school.

Well I’m finally home from deployment and playing with my 690SMC. Went to put on the black rear fender last night and one of the bolts is stuck- the treaded insert is just spinning- I can’t see anyway to get at it. Aside from cutting the fender off the bolt- anyone have ideas?

I have an IMS 4 gallon tank and want to downsize. Can anyone help me out?

good day everyone. I have a red xr650r and i am in the process of converting it to black, my question is, has anyone ever successfully painted a plastic gas tank? I’ve heard that the vapor leaks out through the plastic and therefore the paint wont stick to the tank. I have the stock tank and an aftermarket larger tank, both red, so i guess if i cant paint them i’d be looking to trade… any takers?

Need to modify my ims tank to fit my cr250 frame with the 500 in it. I’ve heard this takes awhile. Any advice would be appreciated.

Does anyone know of or have one of these tank kits for sale….I’m interested in the Monnier or a comparable since they went bust.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but wont the IMS/Clarke tanks fit all year DRZ models?

bought a new/used set of blue and white plastics for my drz 400sm. The setup came with a clark 3.9 gallon plastic tank. When fitting it on tonight, i noticed that it completely covers the choke knob on my FCR 39, rendering it useless!!! Has anyone else attempted to fit this tank, and is there some trick that i am missing?

Hey dudes, just wondering if it’s possible to remove the tank decals on the 2007 DRZ400SM? If so, how? Looks like they are under clear coat.
